Overview: Previously a private event space for Jeffrey’s, Josephine House was renovated to become an elegant destination for the residents in Clarksville and beyond.
Details: reclaimed shiplap throughout, original floors, new bathrooms • new marble bar with bookmatched slab and brass details • pass through window from kitchen to dining • board-formed concrete fireplace and new deck for outdoor dining area • kitchen with floor to ceiling subway tile, quarry tile for floors • refreshed exterior to enhance overall aesthetics

Overview: A neighborhood institution, Jeffrey’s has a rich history. Clayton & Little added to that history by re-energizing the 2 story 5,800 sf restaurant and two smaller buildings, Josephine House & Garage Office.
Details: New bar features raised wood sycamore wall paneling and coffered wood beam ceiling • existing Napoleon room renovated with herringbone walnut wall panels, custom built doors and windows off of new wine room with handprinted concrete tiles • entryway with formed plaster ceiling • curved leather banquette with brass top cap • Venetian plaster walls and ceiling with wood beams in dining room • custom solid wood painted entry door • Heath tile featured below all-new windows
